For 6 decades, Mike Tippett has been a Peugeot fan and has been steadily working to reconstitute a little bit of the history of Peugeot in Canada. Peugeots were available in Canada in very limited volumes prior to 1958, but between 1958 and 1991 there were factory-authorized or owned importers (Peugeot Canada Ltd.; then Autolion) and it was during those 32 years that the vast majority of Peugeot cars were sold here. Post-1991 models in small quantities have been imported by Canadian enthusiasts. Not many of the officially imported cars are still on the road in the 21st century – but we aim to eventually find them all and have them all on this site!

This site aims to both highlight and celebrate the existence of surviving cars, but also contains data concerning many other cars which will have been scrapped or destroyed in collisions many years ago. If you have any information about surviving, exported or even long-gone Canadian Peugeots, we want to hear from you – especially if you have the serial number in your records!
